摘　　要：目的探讨贲门癌组织中人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)的表达与临床病理参数和生存的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测117例贲门癌组织中HER-2的表达,结合临床病理资料和随访结果进行统计学分析。结果 117例贲门癌组织中,HER-2阳性表达率为26.5%;HER-2的表达与贲门癌的大体类型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05);HER-2表达阴性者的生存期明显优于HER-2表达阳性者(P<0.05)。结论 HER-2的表达与贲门癌的疾病进展关系密切,HER-2阳性表达是导致贲门癌预后差的主要因素。Objective To correlate the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 （HER-2）with clinicopathological parameters and survival in gastric cardia adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression of HER-2 in the 117 cases of gastric cardiac carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical method. A retrospective statistic analysis was performed combined with clinicopathologicai and follow-up data. Results The positive expression rate of HER-2 in the 117 cases was 26.5%. HER-2 expression was correlated with tumor classification, infiltration depth ,lymphatic metastasis and TNM stages（P 〈 0.05 ）. The survival time in the patients with HER-2 negative expression was longer than those with HER-2 positive expression （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression status of HER-2 is closely related with gastric cardiac adenocarcinoma,the positive expression of HER-2 is a poor prognosis indicator for gastric cardiac adenocarcinoma.
