摘  要:实践教学是高校人才培养过程中不可缺少的环节,科技竞赛作为强化学生工程能力、培养学生创新能力的重要平台,在创新人才的培养中起到重要的作用。本文主要针对目前高等学校学生创新能力的现状,引入高水平的科技竞赛作为导向,利用不同种类的竞赛,提升学生创新能力的方法与举措。从而激发学生学习主动性、创造性、发挥学生潜质,提升学生创新能力,培养出具有创新能力和实践能力的高级专门人才。Universities as a senior talent training base, the main task is to train creative ability of senior professional talents. The practice teaching and the innovation activities in colleges and universities is the talent cultivation process the essential link, from strengthening practical teaching and innovation management, explores the teaching plan professional cognitive, curriculum design, professional practice and graduation design and innovation activities of the science and technology competition, frontier knowledge lecture organic union, to make the students gradually deepen our understanding of the professional understanding, stimulates the student to study the interest and initiative, to improve the practice ability, to develop students’ innovative ability, is a set of effective methods to cultivate innovative talents, and to cultivate creative ability of senior professional talents, realizes the higher school personnel training goal has the important meaning.
