大学校园户外环境综合评价模型构建及应用

摘　　要：运用层次分析法从五个方面选取评价指标,通过专家成对比较构建判断矩阵,结合yaahp软件计算各指标权重值,建立了大学校园户外环境评价模型。通过针对层次分析评价指标模型的187份有效调查问卷和模糊综合评价法,结合SPSS统计软件对华南理工大学五山校区户外环境进行了评价分析。结果表明,影响大学校园户外环境质量的主要因子是空间布局、整体品质和景观度,权重值分别为0.235 7、0.227 7和0.216 2;华南理工大学五山校区户外环境的公众认可度较好,综合分值为3.972,属于Ⅱ较好水平;各项二级指标评分值均在3.8以上,也都达Ⅱ级水平;但局部环境仍有待提升。Abstract： Used the method of analytic hierachy process to establish a campus environment evaluation model by selecting five indicators. Comparison judgment matrix was constructed and the evaluation index weight through the soft of yaahp was calculated. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, 187 valid questionnaires and SPSS statistics software, the paper the Wushan Campus of SCUT was analyzed. The results showed that space layout, environment overall quality and landscape were key factors which affect the quality of campus outdoor environment weight value were 0.235 7, 0.227 7,0.2162, respectivly; the environment of the Wushan Campus of SCUT was well, the comprehensive score was 3.972 which belong to the Ⅱ level. Criterion layer index evaluation score for each one in the secondary level was higher than 3.8, reach Ⅱlevel all; but its local environment needed improvement. The article provides reference for improving environment of campus and enhancing condition of higher education.
