摘　　要：在针灸医籍记载的禁针穴位中,手五里穴为诸书皆禁针之穴。就这一问题作者对古代医籍记载、手五里穴现代解剖及手五里穴的现代应用这几个方面进行了研究,阐述了手五里穴古今使用情况,并进行了一定的思考。结果表明手五里穴禁针在今天的临床应用中仍具有重要的参考意义。Point Shouwuli（LI13） is the point contraindicated for acupuncture in all acupuncture books recording points contraindicated for acupuncture. The authors explore this issue from several aspects： ancient medical book records, modern anatomy of point Shouwuli and the modern application of point Shouwuli, elaborate the ancient and modern applications of point Shouwuli and do some thinking. The results show that contraindicating point Shouwuli for acupuncture is of important significance for reference in today＇s clinical application.
