摘 要:以过去型影子连带为例,基于扎根理论方法探索影子连带强度及其影响因素,编制影子连带强度及其影响因素的量表,并选择销售人员为样本,验证了影响因素对影子连带强度的作用。研究结果显示:在个体层面,主体对客体的认同以及主客体过去的关系强度对影子连带强度有正向影响;客体的网络位置及其拥有的资源对影子连带强度有正向影响;在环境层面,外界环境对客体的强化对影子连带强度有积极的影响。The paper aims at exploring the measurement scale of ghost tie strength and its deter- minants. By taking past ghost tie as an example, this study defined the multi-dimensional con- cept of ghost tie strength and its determinants on the basis of the grounded theory, and devel- oped the measurement scales of ghost tie strength and its influencing factors. What's more, through scales of ghost tie strength and its influencing factor, this paper tested the influencing factors of ghost tie strength on the basis of data of salesmen. The results show that, at the indi- vidual level, not only the strength of past relationship and the identification degree between the subject and object of ghost tie, but also the network centrality and social resources of the object have positive effects on ghost tie strength; at the environment level, the environmental enrich- ment degree has positive effect on ghost tie strength as well.
