基于泄露积分型回声状态网的居民消费价格指数预测

摘　　要：为了提高居民消费价格指数的预测精度,提出了泄露积分型回声状态网,该模型采用泄漏积分神经元改进了传统回声状态网,将其预测我国2013年—2014年各月的居民消费价格指数,得出的预测结果与差分自回归移动平均模型做比较,结果表明,泄露积分型回声状态网的平均相对误差减小了52.9%,均方根误差减小了58.1%。因此,泄露积分型回声状态网的预测效果更精确,对于宏观经济预测具有可行性和实际应用价值。In order to improve the prediction accuracy, this paper proposes leaky echo state network. The model adopts the leakage integrator to improve the traditional echo state network.The new method is used to forecast Chinese CPI from January 2013 to December 2014. Compare leaky echo state network with auto--regressive integrated moving average, the result shows that the relative error of the leaky integrated echo state network reduce 52.9% and the root mean square error reduce 58.1%. Therefore, the leaky integrated echo state network is more accurate. It is feasible for macroeconomic forecasts and actual application.
