摘　　要：现如今,中国经济腾飞,我国的中小型企业在国民总体经济中占有重要的地位。中小型企业健康稳步的发展也将会直接影响我国经济,但是这些企业在某些单一市场或者环境中面临着巨大的挑战和考验,企业的战略化管理关乎着企业的前途命运。文章分析了中小企业在战略管理中所存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。China＇s economy is booming now.Small and medium-sized enterprises have become important components of the national economy in China.Their fast healthy development can directly promote the economic growth.Currently most of small and medium-sized enterprises are facing stern challenges within the single market. Enterprise strategic management decides the enterprise＇s fate.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the small and medium -sized enterorise strategic management, and outs forward the countermeasures.
