论马克思恩格斯青年思想的精神实质与当代价值

摘　　要：马克思恩格斯运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的基本原理,对青年人的地位和特点进行了科学分析和准确定位,对"什么是青年、青年有何特点、怎样教育青年"等关涉青年的"类本质"问题做了科学回答。倡导用人的全面发展的理论以及理论和实践相结合的方法来培养和教育青年,从而形成了丰富而系统的青年思想。新形势下,要加强和改进高校宣传思想工作就必须立足于现实需求,深入挖掘马克思恩格斯青年思想的精神实质和当代价值,并从"战略工程、固本工程、铸魂工程"三个方面寻求理论突破与实践创新,以增强新时期高校宣传思想工作的实效性。Marx and Engels made scientific analysis and accurate position of the status and characteristics of young people in the view of historical materialism and dialectical materialism. By discussing a series of problem of youth＇s ＂class essence＂, such as what youth is, what the characteristics of the youth are and ＂how to educate youth＂, they proposed to train and educate young people by the principle of combining theory with practice as well as comprehensive human development. Thereby they formed rich and systematic thought about youth. Under the new historical background, we should consider the real needs and targeting of our nation＇s current publicity and ideological work, and seek the breakthrough of the theory and innovation of practice from three aspects such as ＂strategic project, consolidate the project, casting the soul project＂, in order to response to the new problems of publicity and ideological work in colleges and universities.
