摘　　要：在知识经济时代,以高新科技为核心的知识是最重要的战略性基础资源,是决定一个国家综合实力和国际竞争力的关键要素。文章在分析国家战略需求和研究型大学内涵的基础上,阐明了国家战略需求需要建设研究型大学,研究型大学发展路径应紧密围绕国家战略需求的双向关系,提出构建服务于国家战略需求的研究型大学发展模式框架内容。In the knowledge economy era, high - tech knowledge is a core strategic resource, and also the key element to deter- mine a country＇ s comprehensive strength and international competitiveness. Based on an analysis of the connotations of national strategic needs and research -oriented universities, this paper illustrates the two- way relationship between national strategic needs and research - oriented universities. This means that national strategic needs entail research - oriented university construc- tion, and the latter＇ s development route in turn should closely center on the former. Finally, it proposes a development frame- work of research - oriented universities serving national strategic needs.
