摘 要:针对换流变压器主绝缘存在不同吸油率油浸纸板混用的问题,推导吸油率与油浸纸板介电常数εr的数学关系,试验测量不同吸油率条件下油浸纸板的介电常数,仿真分析吸油率对油纸绝缘电场分布的影响,最后试验研究电压、温度、吸油率对油浸纸板电导特性的影响,结果表明:介电常数试验结果与推导的数学关系吻合较好;吸油率的变化会使交流电场分布更加不均;直流电场作用下,电压、温度、吸油率的增加均导致油浸纸板电导电流增大。Aiming at the problem that the main insulation of convertor transformer was mixed with impreg- nated pressboard under different oil absorption, mathematic relation between the oil absorption and die- lectric constant er was deduced. Dielectric constant of impregnated pressboard under different oil absorp- tion condition was measured. Influence of absorption rate on the electric field distribution was simulated and analyzed. The experiments about conduction characteristics under different voltage, temperaturean- doll absorption were conducted. It turned out that the test results of dielectric constant fit well with the mathematic relation. The variation of oil absorption leads non-uniform degree of AC electric field worse. The eonduction current increases with the increase of voltage, temperatureand oil absorption.
