摘 要:海蓬子(Salicornia bigelovii Torr.)是一种耐盐极强的肉质植物,可以开发改良为直接用海水灌溉的食用和油用经济植物。本文针对海蓬子种子萌发率低的问题,采用不同浓度Na Cl浸种、不同浓度海水培育,高盐胁迫下不同浓度外源GA_3处理方法进行海蓬子种子萌发研究,通过单因素实验和正交试验,得出最佳的种子萌发条件。结果表明:海蓬子种子经过2 g·L^(-1)Na Cl浸种1天后,在海水浓度为10%,添加外源GA_3为15 mg·L^(-1)条件下,萌发率和发芽指数最高,为33%和20.7%。研究发现,海蓬子种子在低浓度的海水中萌发效果好,适宜浓度范围的外源GA_3,能够减弱盐胁迫的影响,促进海蓬子种子的萌发,一定浓度范围内的Na Cl浸种预处理有助于促进海蓬子种子的萌发率和发芽指数。This article aims at the question of Salicornia bigelovii low germination rate,its seed germination was studied by using different concentration Na Cl solutions soaking,different concentration sea water and different concentrations of exogenous GA_3 with high salt stress. The optimum germination conditions were analyzed through a single- factor test and orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that the S.bigelovii seed germination percentage and index were the best under concentration of 10 % sea water and15 g·L^-1exogenous GA3 after one day presoaking in 2 g·L^-1Na Cl solution,which was 33% and 20.7%. The study also found that S. bigelovii seed germination was better in low concentration sea water,appropriate concentration range of exogenous GA3 could weaken the influence of salt stress and promote the S. bigelovii seed germination capability,the seeds presoaked in appropriate concentration Na Cl solutions could improve their germination percentage and index.
