摘  要:目的探讨带虹膜隔人工晶状体植入术治疗严重外伤性虹膜缺损无晶状体眼的效果。方法回顾性总结了11例(11眼)因虹膜缺损在我院行带虹膜隔人工晶状体植入手术的效果。术后随访时间9—24个月。结果末次随访最佳矫正视力0.02~0.1者1眼,0.15~0.25者3眼,0.3~0.5者6眼,0.8者1眼。除1例后期略有畏光外余畏光症状均消失,无眩光或光晕。1例术后1周发生视网膜脱离进行相应手术而复位,视力达0.2;1例发生玻璃体积血2周内吸收,视力达0.4;2例发生继发青光眼,分别于药物治疗7d,10d内眼压恢复正常。术后未发现人工晶状体脱位者。结论带虹膜隔人工晶状体植入术治疗严重眼外伤虹膜缺损无晶状体眼效果可靠,安全可行,改善了视力和生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the black diaphragm intraocular lens (IOL) implantation for aphakia with coloboma of the iris due to severe ocular trauma. Methods The clinical effect of the black diaphragm IOL impantation performed on 11 eyes of 11 cases which were coloboma of the iris was studied retrospectively. The followed-up time ranged from 9 months to 24 months. Results At the last followed-up time, the best corrected visual acuity was 0. 02 - 01 in one eye, 0.1 - 0.3 in three eyes, 0.3 - 0.5 in six eyes, and 0.8 in one eye. Except one eye was photophobic, the other eyes had no symptoms of photophobia, glare or halation. One week after the operation, there were some complications including retinal detachment in one eye which was reattached through operation and the vision of which improved to 0.2, vitreous hemorrhage in one eye which was absorbed in one week and the vision of which improved to O. 4, and secondary glaucoma in two eyes which were treated by medication for seven days and the intraocular pressure (IOP) of which returned to normal. There was no eye with lnxation of IOL. Conclusion The black diaphragm IOL implantation is effective for traumatic aphakia with coloboma of the iris and can improve vision in different extents and the quality of the patient' s living condition.
