摘 要:新运粮河是滇池入湖河流中污染最为严重的典型城市入湖河流,同时又是滇池污染的重要来源。针对新运粮河污染的特征,2010年,昆明市提出并实施了截污与沿程生态减污的综合治理工程。文章针对新运粮河治理后浮游动物和底栖动物的跟踪调研,对其物种组成、密度、生物量及群落多样性的变化情况进行了分析和评估。结果显示,经过综合治理工程后,新运粮河的浮游动物及底栖动物物种数、密度、生物量及Shannon-Wiener多样性指数得到明显地恢复。其中,浮游动物物种数、生物量比2009年增长了1.6倍和12倍,原生动物、轮虫、枝角类、桡足类的密度比2009年各增加了10.4倍、13.5倍、70倍和224倍;底栖动物物种种数、密度和生物量分别比2009年增长了2.7倍、46.5%和4.3倍。Xinyunliang River as the Dianchi inflowing river,is not only the most polluted urban river but also the main contamination source of the Dianchi Lake. Based on the characteristics of the pollution in the River,Kunming City began to implement sewage interception project and ecological project in 2010. Through the tracing investigation on zooplankton and zoobenthos in the River,the cause of change about the species numbers,biomass,density and community diversity of zooplankton and zoobenthos before and after the treatment were analyzed in detail. Results showed that the species numbers,biomass,density and Shannon-Wiener diversity index of zooplankton and zoobenthos in the River were all increased after treatment. Compared with data in 2009,the species numbers and density of zooplankton increased by 1.6 times and 12 times;the biomass of Protozoa,Rotifera,Cladocera and Copepodo were increased by 10.4 times,13.5 times,70 times and 224 times respectively;the species numbers,biomass and density of zoobenthos were increased by 2.7 times,46.5% and 4.3times respectively.
