摘 要:在实验室研究条件下,研究了有机磷农药毒死蜱对铜绿微囊藻的毒性效应,测定了其96 h生长曲线和EC_(50)以及长期毒性环境下铜绿微囊藻叶绿素a含量、蛋白质含量、SOD活性和MDA含量的变化情况。结果表明,毒死蜱96 h EC_(50)为691.50 mg/L;慢性试验中,毒死蜱对铜绿微囊藻叶绿素a和蛋白质有显著抑制作用,在长时间胁迫环境中,低浓度毒死蜱作用下叶绿素a和蛋白质含量可恢复至对照水平;对SOD和MDA显著抑制,两者含量显著降低,表明毒死蜱对铜绿微囊藻产生了较严重的毒害作用。Under laboratory conditions,the toxic effects of organophosphorus pesticide as chlorpyrifos on Microcystis aeruginosa were investigated. The growth curve and E50 for 96 h,the changes in the content of chlorophyll a,protein,MDA and the SOD activity under long-term toxicity of the environment were determined. The results showed that 96 h E50 of chlorpyrifos was 691.50 mg/L. During the chronic experiment,there were significant effects of inhibition on chlorophyll a and protein. Then the content of chlorophyll a and protein would be returned to control level in prolonged stress environment.There were also significant effects on SOD and MDA which had significant reduction on both of them. These showd that serious toxic effects were on Microcystis aeruginosa by chlorpyrifos.
