摘 要:使用化学氧化聚合法合成高氯酸掺杂的聚苯胺,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外光谱(UV)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对掺杂态和本征态聚苯胺的结构进行了表征,并研究了聚苯胺对Cr(VI)的吸附性能,考察了聚苯胺中掺杂酸浓度、聚苯胺用量、Cr(VI)溶液的初始浓度、吸附温度、时间以及溶液的p H值等因素与吸附效果的关系。结果表明,掺杂酸与苯胺(An)的摩尔比为1∶1时得到的聚苯胺对Cr(VI)的吸附容量最大;室温下,当聚苯胺含量为0.1 g,Cr(VI)初始浓度为200 mg/L,溶液p H值为2,吸附时间60 min时,聚苯胺对Cr(VI)的吸附容量达到189.06 mg/g,吸附效果较好。The polyaniline tures of polyanilines with doped with perchloric acid is dopestate and eigenstate were synthesized by chemical oxidation polymerization. Struc- characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy( TEM), ultraviolet spectra (UV) and fourier transform infrared spectra ( FT - IR) . In addition, adsorption properties of polyaniline for Cr(VI) were investigated. The main factors of impac- ting the adsorption ,such as concentration of doped acid in polyaniline, dose, initial concentration of Cr( VI), adsorption temperature, time and pH were studied. The results show that the mol ratio of doped acid to aniline (An) is 1 : 1, the adsorption capacity of polyaniline for Cr(VI) is maximal. At the room temperature, the ad- sorption effect of polyaniline on adsorption of Cr(VI) achievs 189.06 mg/g when the dose is 0.1 g, initial con- centration of Cr(VI) is 200 mg/L,the pH value is 2 and adsorption time is 60 minutes.
