摘　　要：根据国家对农业发展和高等农业教育的要求,剖析了农业和高等农科教育面临的突出问题,结合经济发展方式和高等教育发展的转型,介绍了地方高等农业院校应用型人才培养模式和体制机制的改革与创新。According to the requirements of the development of agriculture and higher agricultural education, the problems facing agriculture and higher agricultural education were analyzed. Combined with the transformation of economic development mode and the development of higher education, the reform and innovation of the mode ap- plied type talents, system and mechanism were introduced about local agricultural colleges and universities.
