摘  要:目的分析偏侧咀嚼者在下颌运动中的肌电特征。方法通过咀嚼肌表面肌电图(Electromyogram,EMG)检测技术,比较偏侧咀嚼和正常咀嚼人群在下颌姿势位(Mandibular Postural Position,MPP)、最大张口运动和咀嚼运动中咬肌(MM)和二腹肌前腹(DA)的肌电情况,进行统计分析。结果 (1)偏侧咀嚼组大张口运动中左二腹肌前腹(LDA)、右二腹肌前腹(RDA)平均肌电峰值低于双侧咀嚼组(P<0.05),咀嚼运动中左咬肌(LMM)平均肌电峰值低于双侧咀嚼组(P<0.05);(2)偏侧咀嚼组在MPP、最大张闭口运动和咀嚼运动中MM活动不对称指数高于双侧咀嚼组(P<0.05),MPP、咀嚼运动时DA活动对称性低于双侧咀嚼组(P<0.05)。结论长期偏侧咀嚼造成了MM和DA对称性的改变,咀嚼肌做功下降。Objective To analyze the EMG characteristics of unilateral mastication patients in opening and closing movement. Methods By the detection technology of chewing muscle surface electromyography (EMG) , EMG characteristics of mandibular pos- tural position (MPP), maximum opening movement and chewing movement in masseter (MM) and digastric anterior (DA) were com- pared between those of unilateral mastication and those of the normal mastication. The results were used for statistical analysis. Results ( 1 ) Average electrical peak of LDA and RDA at maximum opening and closing movement of the unilateral chewing group were lower than those of the bilateral chewing group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Average electrical peak of LMM during chewing of the unilateral chewing group was lower than that of the bilateral chewing group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). (2) MM movement during MPP, maximum opening and closing move- ment and chewing of the unilateral chewing group were higher than those of the bilateral chewing group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). DA activity sym- metry during MPP and chewing of the unilateral chewing group were lower than that of the bilateral chewing group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Con- clusions Long -term unilateral chewing leads to symmetry changes of MM and DA, and results in declining of masticatory muscle power
