推行网上预约报销解决高校报帐难的问题研究

摘　　要：随着高校教育经费的投入加大,高校收支规模和经济业务量也日益增大,而财务人员受编制制约,人手有限,加之报帐场地狭小等诸多因素,造成高校老师报销排队等候,报帐难问题突出。本文分析了现行传统报销模式及存在的弊端,从应用网络来创新财务报销手段的角度,提出推行网上预约报销,以解决高校报帐难问题。With the investment increase in higher education, the scale of revenue and expenditure and business volume is increas- ing in universities and colleges. Due to the limited financial staff and small working space and other reasons, the people apply ing for reimbursement have to wait and the problem of tough reimbursement is existed. This paper, from the perspective of ap plying internet to innovate the means of reimbursement, analyzed the traditional reimbursement model and the existed drawbacks and put forward the method of pushing online booking reimbursement to solve the tough reimbursement in universities and colleges.
