摘  要:严寒的气候条件使得高寒地区轨道结构的运营状态和养护维修具有特殊性,其养护维修不宜简单套用现行铁路线路修理规则。为确保高寒地区铁路运营安全,迫切需要针对高寒地区铁路养护维修技术进行深入研究。采用现场调研、测试和计算分析等研究方法,对滨洲线的钢轨磨耗、三折、断轨和原始弯曲,扣件参数及接头螺栓扭矩,道床状态参数和几何参数,线路冻害和轨道不平顺等线路状态进行深入分析,总结滨洲线轨道状态之特征和变化规律,并提出养护维修之对策。研究结论可为其他高寒地区无缝线路养护维修技术之研究提供借鉴意义。Track structure in cold area have special property on service state and maintenance. The current rules for maintenance of railway line should not been simply applied to the railway at cold area. In order to ensure service safety of railway at cold area,profound study on its' service state and maintenance technology is mecessary. With the methods of site investigation,testing and calculation analysis,useful discussions of rail wear,Sanzhe,rail breaking and initial deflection,parameters of fastener and rail joint bolt torque,service state and geometric parameters of ballast bed,cold damage,track irregularity,are proposed. Besides,th service safety characteristics and change law of Harbin- Manzhouli Railway( HMR) are summarized. Eventually,some suggestions for railway maintenance at cold area were proposed. All the preliminary conclusion from HMR would benefit to the research on maintenance technology of other railway lines at cold area.
