摘　　要：党的十八大报告提出创新型马克思主义执政党,使党的建设目标进一步明晰化,为新形势下党的建设指明了方向。建设创新型马克思主义执政党的重要性体现:提高党的执政能力的现实要求;保持党的先进性和纯洁性的根本要求;实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"的根本保证。创新是中国共产党一直追求和倡导的,其新意在"型"。创新型马克思主义执政党的内涵:将创新作为马克思主义执政党的基本属性;基本内容包括理论、制度和实践创新;建设创新型马克思主义执政党,要紧密围绕中国特色社会主义伟大事业,必须坚持以党的执政能力、党的先进性和纯洁性为主线;要创设激励创新的制度。The Report of the Eighteenth Congress of the CPC put forward building the Innovative Pattern Marxist Ruling Party, so that it can clarify the CPC＇s construction target , and point out the direction of the CPC＇ s construction. The importance of building the Innovative Pattern Marxist Ruling Party is practical re- quirement of improving the CPC＇s ruling ability, the essential requirement of maintaining the CPC＇s advanced nature and purity and the fundamental guarantee for the realization of the Great rejuvenation of the Chinese na- tion - ＂China Dream＂. The CPC has been pursued and advocated innovation, and its new ideas is ＂type＂. We consider that the connotation of he Innovative Pattern Marxist Ruling Party is to regard innovation as the basic attributes of the Innovative Pattern Marxist Ruling Party; whose basic content includes the innovation of theory, system and practice. Building the Innovative Pattern Marxist Ruling Party must closely centre on the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics; adhere to the ruling ability of the Party, the CPC＇s ad- vanced nature and purity as the main line; Building the Innovative Pattern Marxist Ruling; Party must create a system to encourage innovation.
