摘　　要：绿色生态住宅小区与周围生态环境相协调,倡导节约、环保的理念,创造安全、舒适、健康的居住空间。它的出现与发展,顺应了经济与社会的快速发展,满足了大众对提升住宅品质的要求。在介绍绿色生态住宅小区特征的基础上,针对当前我国绿色生态住宅小区的设计与建设,提出了基本原则和推进性建议,旨在提高绿色生态住宅小区规划设计质量,保证居民的居住环境及生活水平。Green and ecological residential district is in harmony with the surrounding ecological environment, advocating saving and environmental protection concept, to create a safe, comfortable and healthy living space. Its emergence and development, complied with the rapid development of economy and society, meet the requirements of the public to improve the quality of housing. On the basis of the introduction of green and ecological residential district characteristics, in view of the current design and construction of green and ecological residential area in China, the basic principles are proposed with the advices to enhance the quality of green and ecological residential district planning and design, and to ensure that the residents living environment and living standard.
