摘　　要：目的探讨儿童混合性散光所致弱视的配镜原则及治疗效果。方法选取患者105例,对比治疗前后患者立体视锐度。结果治疗后患者立体视锐度改善,(P<0.05)。结论严格把握配镜原则下配合光刷、红闪、视觉生理刺激等弱视治疗对儿童混合性散光所致弱视的效果良好。Objective To explore mixed astigmatism in children caused by the glasses principle and treatment effect of amblyopia. Methods Choose 105 cases of patients, compared the three-dimensional visual sharpness of patients before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, patients＇ stereoscopic sharpnes had improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Strictly grasping the glasses under the principle of matching brush, red flashing light, the visual physiological stimulation for children amblyopia induced by mixed astigmatism, the treatment effect is good.
