观察应用醒脑静注射液治疗老年多发性梗死性痴呆患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察应用醒脑静注射液治疗老年多发性梗死性痴呆患者的疗效。方法将我院治疗的80例老年多发性脑梗死性痴呆患者为试验对象,随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),观察组采用醒脑静注射液治疗,而对照组运用常规药物,对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,患者的简易智能量表评分提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液治疗老年多发性梗死性痴呆患者的疗效良好。Objective Observe the Xingnaojing injection in treatment of elderly patients with multi infarct dementia. Methods To choose 80 cases of elderly patients with multiple cerebral infarction dementia treated in our hospital as test objects, who were divided into observation group （ 40 cases ） and control group （ 40 cases ） randomly. And observation group was treated by refreshing injection, control group used conventional drugs, then compared the clinical curative effect between two groups. Results After 4 weeks, the patient＇s simple intelligence scale （ MMSE ） score was improved significantly and the observation group was higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Refreshing static injection of elderly multiple infarction dementia has obvious therapeutic effect.
