插销式嵌体冠在短龈距磨牙残冠修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究插销式嵌体冠在短龈距磨牙残冠修复中的固位效果。方法将43例短龈距磨牙残冠行完善根管后采用插销式嵌体冠形式修复,术后随访2年,根据美国公共卫生署修订标准评判临床修复效果。结果饰瓷崩瓷2例、牙龈炎5例、2例修复体脱落失败,其余修复体边缘密合,固位稳定,咬合良好。结论插销式嵌体冠是临床治疗短龈距磨牙残冠的可靠修复方法。Objective To study the retention effect of the insertion-type separate inlay crown on the molar residual crowns with low occlusogingival distance. Methods 43 cases of molar residual crowns with low occlusogingival distance after RCT were restored by the insertion-type separate inlay crown. After two years,the clinical effects were judged by Modified USPHS Criteria. Results The numbers of fracture, marginal gingivitis, failure were 2,5, and 2, respectively. All the other restorations were perfect with good marginal fit, stable retention and fine occlusion. Conclusions The insertion-type separate inlay crown is a clinically reliable method in the restoration of molar residual crowns with low occlusogingival distance.
