摘　　要：肠神经胶质细胞(EGC)是肠神经系统的组成部分。EGC表现为一种"星形"外观的小细胞,包裹肠神经元胞体及神经束。EGC对肠神经元具有营养和保护作用。溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是主要侵及结肠黏膜的慢性非特异性炎性疾病,病因尚未阐明。EGC除了营养和保护肠神经元外,还具有调节肠道黏膜屏障完整性的作用,并且通过释放和影响细胞因子参与UC的炎症过程。但EGC和UC的关系尚未完全阐明。Enteric glial cells（ EGC）,a group of small cells with a star-like appearance,are the largest a component of enteric nervous system. Enveloping enteric neuronal cell bodies and axon bundles,they have the property of nutrition and protection to enteric neurons. Ulcerative colitis（ UC） is chronic non-specific inflammatory diseases that mainly invades the colonic mucosa with elusive etiology. In addition to nutrition and protection to enteric neurons,EGC has the role of regulating the integrity of the intestinal mucosa,and participates in the inflammatory process of UC through releasing and regulating the cytokines. But the direct relationship between EGC and UC has not yet been fully elucidated.
