摘　　要：目前,全球获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)的流行趋势十分严峻,发病率呈逐年升高的趋势。AIDS患者普遍存在心理健康问题,这会对治疗产生不良影响。该文分别从社会大众、医院治疗及患者自身三方面阐述了影响AIDS患者心理健康的因素以及现状,并认为应提高对AIDS患者心理健康问题的重视程度,以期改善患者的生存和治疗现状。At present,the global acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（ AIDS） prevalence is very serious,and the incidence is increasing year by year. Almost all AIDS patients have mental health problems,which would affect the treatment. Here is to describe the mental health problems and present situation of AIDS patients from public,medical and patients themselves,and it＇s considered that in order to improve the survival and treatment status of AIDS patients,the emphasis of AIDS patients＇ mental health problems should be emphasized.
