摘 要:目的探索《外科手术学基础》考试方案改革后的教学效果。方法《外科手术学基础》课程考试改革方案分为基本技能准入阶段、手术实践阶段、学期末考核三个部分,课程组将这个考试方案在2012~2013学年和2013~2014学年开设该课程的班级中遴选了2个教学班进行了试点。结果该考试改革方案激发了学生学习兴趣,让学生更加熟练地掌握了外科无菌技术、操作规则及外科手术基本操作技术。结论《外科手术学基础》考试改革方案有助于提高该课程的教学质量,能激发学生学习兴趣,充分调动学生学习的积极性、主动性,促使医学生在进入外科临床实习前更加牢固地树立并严格掌握外科无菌技术和操作规则、熟练掌握外科手术基本操作技术,并能培养学生严谨的工作作风、建立良好的团队协作精神。Objective To explore the teaching effect of "fundamental operation in surgery" after reform the assessment. Methods Examination reform in "foundation of operative surgery" was divided into three parts: basic skills access stage, surgical practice stage and examination at the end of the semester, the examination reform was started in the 2012~2013 and 2013~2014 school year in two classes which were chosen for the pilot. Results The examination reform stimulated students' learning interest and make students more skilled master the surgical aseptic technique, operating rules and surgical basic operation technology. Conclusion Examination reform in "foundation of operative surgery" helps to improve the quality of the course teaching, can stimulate the students' learning interest, fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, encourage the medical students more firmly establish and strictly master the surgical aseptic technique and operating rules, skilled surgical basic operation technology, and can cultivate students the rigorous work style, to set up the team cooperation spirit before internship.
