摘　　要：恶性肿瘤细胞具有侵袭、转移的生物学特性,近年来研究发现Notch信号通路与肿瘤侵袭、转移及肿瘤新生血管等过程关系密切,了解其在恶性肿瘤生长过程中的作用及机制有助于寻找相应的阻断途径,对遏制恶性肿瘤发展有重要作用,本文对Notch信号通路与恶性肿瘤侵袭转移关系及相关机制的研究进展作一概述。Invasion and metastasis are the biological characteristics of malignant tumor cells, recent studies find that Notch signaling pathway is closely associated with the invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor and tumor neovascular- ization in the growth-process of tumor, understanding its role in the process and mechanism can help to look for the cor- responding blocking pathway, and it plays an important role in curbing the tumor development. In this paper, its rela- tionship with invasion and metastasis, related mechanism of Notch signaling pathway and malignant tumors were re- viewed.
