摘　　要：BRMS1基因是肿瘤转移抑制基因的核心成员之一。作为一种转移抑制基因,BRMS1可以降低肿瘤的转移,但对肿瘤本身的生长无影响。BRMS1基因在恢复细胞间的缝隙间隙链接、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡及抑制肿瘤血管新生等方面发挥重要作用。多项研究发现,BRMS1基因在多种恶性肿瘤转移中呈低表达或不表达。近年来又发现BRMS1在口腔鳞癌、鼻咽癌、喉癌等头颈部恶性肿瘤转移中呈现异常表达,并与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移及预后密切相关。BRMS1有望成为一种新的肿瘤分子标志物,将为头颈部恶性肿瘤转移的分子诊断及靶向治疗提供新的方向和手段。BRMS1is a core member of the tumor metastasis suppressor genes.As a metastasis suppressor genes,BRMS1 can reduce the metastasis potential of tumor cells without affecting the growth of orthotopic tumor.BRMS1 genetic plays an important role in recovering the gap link between cells,promoting the apoptosis of tumor cells and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis.Several studies have found that BRMS1 is lowly expressed or not at all in metastases of many malignant tumors.In recent years,studies have found that BRMS1 is lowly expressed in metastases of some head and neck malignant tumor,such as oral squamous cell carcinoma,nasopharyngeal cancer and laryngeal carcinoma.Furthermore,the expression level of BRMS1 is closely related to the occurrence,development,metastases and prognosis of tumor.BRMS1 is expected to become a novel tumor molecular marker,and provides a new direction for the treatment of the head and neck malignant tumor.
