摘　　要："自我"与"他者"之间的关系是文化身份研究的重要问题之一,也是美国学者朱迪斯·巴特勒身份研究的重要问题。早年巴特勒提出消解身份的激进主张,但近几年日益寻求身份团结,转而结合犹太传统和福柯伦理思想来修正个人主义。巴特勒的新身份主张视"自我"与"他人"为主体间性结构,在这种结构中,各个主体间既有温暖关系又难以避免相互伤害。巴特勒主张当伤害发生时,应当避免以暴制暴,而当视为与他人相遇的特殊机会,重构"人"的身份。In recent years,Judith Butler＇s discussion of cultural idebtity have an ethical turn,her last books have demonstrated the tension between‘self＇and‘other＇.In Jewish thinker and Foucault,Butler explores which to promote the solidarity among different identities would rather than the undoing identity.Then the relationship between ‘self＇and ‘other＇can be thought as the frame of intersubjectivity.In order to illustrate this argument,this artical elaborate the complicated nexus.Besides the worm relationship,actually they are unavoidable of harm.When it happens,we should consider it could make us to mee and provide the chance to reconstruction the identity of human beings.
