摘 要:目的:对比分析纳米树脂和普通复合树脂修复后牙牙合面缺损24个月的临床效果。方法:共87位患者(138颗患牙)分为两组,实验组用纳米树脂Filtek TM Z350X T充填患牙,对照组用复合树脂Filtek TM Z250充填患牙。在修复即刻、6个月、12个月和24个月,根据美国公共卫生服务(改良U SPH S)标准,评价修复后的解剖形态、边缘密合度、边缘变色、颜色匹配程度、表面粗糙度、继发龋和术后敏感。用SPSS软件比较两组的统计学差异。结果:对四个评估时间段(充填即刻,6个月,12个月,24个月)进行比较,FiltekTMZ350X T和Filtek TM Z250的表面粗糙度差异和边缘密合度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种树脂均未发生继发龋和术后敏感。结论:通过24个月的观察,显示出了纳米树脂比普通复合树脂的优越性。长期的临床应用效果尚有待于进一步研究。Objective: To evaluate the clinical performance of a nano-composite and a hybrid composite in restorations of posterior teeth in a randomised trial for over 24 months. Methods: 138 decayed molars of 87 patients were subjected to two groups. The teeth were restored with a nano-composite (FiltekTM Z350XT,3M ESPE) and a hybrid composite FiltekTM Z250. The restorations were evaluated at baseline and at 6, 12 and 24 months after placement using the modified USPHS criteria for anatomic form, marginal adaptation, marginal discoloration, color match, surface roughness, secondary caries and postoperative sensitivity. The statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS. Results: FiltekTM Z350XT exhibited a better clinical effect than FiltekTM Z250 on the surface roughness and marginal adaptation. There was significant difference between two groups (P〈0.05). And there were no cases of secondary caries and postoperative sensitivity in two groups. Conclusions: The materials investigated showed acceptable clinical performance after 24 months. Nano-composites are su- perior to hybrid composites. Long-term evaluation for the restorations is needed.
