摘  要:目的:探讨新毕业护士规范化培训方法,以其提高理论水平及实践操作能力。方法对2012年起新毕业护士86名进行岗前培训、医院护理技能操作培训、医院集中理论培训、科室每月理论和操作培训,使用低年资护士规范化培训手册、书写工作学习笔记等,有计划、有目标、有针对性地进行规范化培训,设为实验组;对2012年以前新毕业护士72名采用传统的培训情况进行回顾性分析,设为对照组。结果新毕业护士经规范化培训后阶段性考核合格率明显提高;实验组新毕业护士在理论知识、护理技术操作、健康教育、应急能力方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。结论新毕业护士规范化培训模式的制定与实施,对新毕业护士尽快成为合格的临床护士有积极的作用。Objective To explore the standardized training for new nurses, in order to improve the nurses ' theoretical level and practical ability. Methods A total of 86 newly graduated nurses since 2012 were given the pre-po- sition trainings, hospital nursing skill operation trainings hospital concentration theory trainings and department monthly theory and operation trainings. The standardized trainings with plans, targets and aims were carried out by using the jun- ior nurses standardized training manuals, set them as experimental group; the newly graduated 72 nurses before 2012 were carried out the retrospective analysis by using the traditional training situations, and set them as control group. Results The new graduate nurses' examination pass rate was increased significantly after standardized training;the experimental groups' theoretical knowledge, nursing technical operation and emergency capability were significantly better than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusions The estab- lishment and implementation of training model has a positive effect for new nurses to become eligible nurses.
