摘　　要：目的探讨人癌抗原125(CA125)、人类附睾蛋白4(HE4)和ATM蛋白联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法选取该院2013年6月至2015年1月病理确诊的卵巢癌患者20例(卵巢癌患者组)及健康体检者20例(健康对照组),比较CA125、HE4和ATM蛋白阳性率、灵敏度、特异性和受试者工作特征曲线下面积(AUC)。结果卵巢癌患者组血清CA125、HE4水平明显高于健康对照组,但卵巢癌患者组CA125检测阳性率[75.00%(15/20)]与HE4检测阳性率[80.0%(16/20)]比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.356);卵巢癌患者癌变组织ATM蛋白表达阳性率[60.00%(12/20)]低于癌旁正常卵巢组织[95.0%(19/20)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.025,P=0.020)。3项指标联合检测的AUC为0.925、灵敏度为90.0%。结论 ATM蛋白检测在一定程度上可提高卵巢癌的诊断效能和灵敏度。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the joint detection of serum human carcinoma antigen 125（CA125）,epididymis protein 4（HE4） and ATM protein in ovarian cancer. Methods A total of 20 patients with pathologically diagnosed ovarian cancer in our hospital from June 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the ovarian cancer group and 20 women undergoing the physical examination were selected as the control group. The levels of CA125,HE4 and ATM in the 2 groups were detected and their positive rate,sensitivity,specificity and the area under the curve（AUC） were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum HE4 and CA125 in the ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group,but the positive rate of CA125 detection and HE4 detection had no statistical difference[75.00%（15/20） vs. 80.00%（16/20）,P=0.356];the ATM protein expression positive rate of cancerous tissues in the ovarian cancer group was 60.00%（12/20）,which was lower than 95.00%（19/20） of paracancerous normal tissues,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=7.025,P=0.020）.AUC of 3-indicator combined detection was 0.925 and the sensitivity was 90.0%. Conclusion The ATM protein detection can improve the diagnostic efficiency and sensitivity of ovarian cancer in a certain extent.
