摘 要:采用《青少年心理韧性量表》和《一般自我效能感量表》对572名贵州省少数民族初中生进行测查,探讨贵州省少数民族初中生的心理韧性和自我效能感的基本状况以及两者之间的关系。结果发现:少数民族初中女生在心理韧性的情绪控制上显著高于男生;少数民族城市初中生在心理韧性的情绪控制上显著高于农村初中生;少数民族初中生在心理韧性的积极认知得分上存在显著年级差异,初一学生显著低于初二、初三学生;心理韧性的目标专注、积极认知、家庭支持、个人力、支持力及总分与自我效能感存在显著的正相关;心理韧性的目标专注、家庭支持、积极认知3个因子对少数民族初中生的自我效能感有显著正向预测作用,说明少数民族初中生的心理韧性对其自我效能感具有一定影响。Using scales to survey 572 Guizhou minority junior middle school students, aims to explore the relationship betweenresilienceand self-efficacy, and provide evidence for minority junior middle school students mental health education. The results show : The minority girls in emotional control of re- silience is significantly higher than boys; Minority city junior middle school students in emotional con- trol of resilienceis significantly higher than that of rural junior middle school students; Minority junior middle school students in positive cognitive score of resilience has significant grade difference, the students of grade one are significantly lower than those of the second and third grade students ; The goal focused of resilience, positive cognition, family support, personal power, support force and total score are positively correlated with the self-efficacy;The goal focused of resilience, family support, positive cognition three factors have significant positive predictive effect on minority junior middle schoolstudents" self-efficacy, the resilience of the minority middle school students has some effect on its self- efficacy.
