摘　　要：高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,为全面了解当前高校辅导员的社会支持及心理健康状况,课题组对广东省12所高校的一线专职辅导员开展调查。调查结果显示,目前高校辅导员的社会支持和心理健康状况良好,客观社会支持及对支持的利用度对心理健康影响大。为提升辅导员心理健康水平,高校应在强化组织支持、夯实家庭后盾、善用学生干部,尊重、理解、支持辅导员等方面开展工作。The university counselors are the main force in guiding college students＇ ideology and political education. In or- der to understand their social support and mental health, our research recruited 450 university counselors in Guangdong Province. The results showed that ： （ 1 ） the total level of the university counselors was relatively high in mental health and social support, （2） objective social support and utilization of support influence mental health. To enhance their level of mental health, the leaders of the universities should strengthen the support of organization and family, making good use of student leaders, respecting and supporting their work.
