胃癌患者血清中IL-7、GM-CSF的表达水平及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:对比检测胃癌手术治疗前后血清中IL-7、GM-CSF的浓度,探讨其潜在的临床意义。方法:检测胃癌、胃息肉、健康对照者血清中IL-7、GM-CSF的浓度,分析胃癌手术前后二者的浓度变化以及与胃癌的病理分级、临床分期等的相关性。结果:胃癌患者血清中GM-CSF水平显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),手术治疗后血清中GM-CSF会显著下降,其水平与肿瘤大小呈正相关性,在低分化胃癌以及临床较差如Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的患者血清中GM-CSF的表达水平相对较高;IL-7在胃癌患者的表达无显著异常,与胃癌的临床分期、病理分级等同样无明显相关性。结论:胃癌患者血清中GM-CSF可能会成为判断肿瘤恶性程度及手术治疗效果的重要指标之一。Objective：To detect the serum level of IL-7and GM-CSF in patients with gastric cancer before and after operation,and investigate their potential clinical significance.Methods：The serums from 56 case with gastric caner,34 cases with gastric polyps and 55 healthy cases as controls were collected,and the IL-7,GM-CSF in serum was detected using ELISA kit,then the relationship between IL-7and GM-CSF levels,tumor grade,and clinical stage were analysed.Results：The serum GM-CSF level in patients with gastric cancer was significantly higher than that of the other two groups（P〈0.05）,which was significantly decreased after operation.The levels of GM-CSF was positivly correlated with tumor size.The levels of GM-CSF in patients with poorly differentiated gastric cancer or Ⅲ and Ⅳ stages was relatively higher,whereas there was no significant association between IL-7and gastric cancer.Conclusion：GMCSF would be an important indicator for tumor malignancy and the treatment effectiveness in clinic.
