多单元企业内部知识转移连接结构——基于知识复杂度的研究

摘　　要：针对多单元企业,提出了两种单元间知识转移连接结构——跨边界者连接结构和相关网络连接结构,深入分析了两种连接结构下的知识转移交易成本。结果显示:跨边界者连接结构适用于转移复杂度较低的知识,相关网络连接结构适用于转移复杂度较高的知识,知识转移交易成本相等时的知识复杂度是选取两种结构的分界点。According to the multiunit enterprise,this paper proposes two kinds of knowledge transfer link structures,namely cross boundary structure and related network structure.And it deeply analyzes the transaction cost of knowledge transfer in these two structures.The result shows that the cross boundary structure is suitable to transfer less complex knowledge,while the related network structure is applicative to transfer more complex knowledge,and the boundary point of two structures is the complexity when two transfer transaction cost is equal.
