摘　　要：目的 探讨玻璃体切割术治疗Valsalva视网膜病变的疗效。方法 收集2013年3月~2014年3月收治的Valsalva视网膜病变患者4例5只眼病例资料,其中1只眼出血量少,采用保守治疗;4只眼采用玻璃体切割术治疗,术后随访1年,观察疗效。结果 保守治疗的1只眼治疗后出血完全吸收,视力恢复达1.0;手术治疗的4只眼术后1个月视力均有提高,稳定于0.6以上,术后观察1年无复发,且无并发症发生。结论 玻璃体切割手术是出血量较大Valsalva视网膜病变安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the curative effects of vitrectomy on Valsalva retinopahy,Methods The clinical data of 4 patients （5 eyes） with Valsalva retinopahy who were hospitalized between March 2013 and March 2014 were collected and analyzed. One eye with a small amount of retinal hemorrhage was treated conservatively. The other four eyes were treated by vitrectomy. Postoperative follow-up was carried out for one year, and the curative effects were observd. Reeults The conservatively treated eye without operation was cured, and the retinal hemorrhage was absorbed completely. The eye sight was recovered to 1.0. The eye sight of the other four eyes was recovered and stable at above 0.6 one month after the operation. No recurrence and complications occurred 1 year after the operation. Conclusion Vitrectomy is a safe and effective treatment method for Valsalva retinopathy with large amount of retinal hemorrhage.
