摘  要:目的观察富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)在拔牙位点保存应用中的临床效果,分析PRF成骨效果随时间变化趋势。方法采用引导骨组织再生术(GBR)和PRF对20颗患牙进行牙槽嵴位点保存,利用锥形束CT(CBCT)分析位点保存后不同观察位点的骨宽度和骨高度吸收值。结果成骨6个月时,GBR和PRF同一位点的骨宽度吸收值均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但PRF组骨高度吸收较GBR组严重(P<0.05);PRF组成骨3个月和6个月骨宽度和骨高度吸收值比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PRF和GBR均能部分保存拔牙位点的骨宽度;但PRF的骨高度保存效果欠佳;应用PRF进行位点保存术,术后3个月骨吸收已趋于稳定。Objective To observe the clinical application effects of PRF on the preservation of tooth extraction sites, and to analyze changing tendency of PRF bone formation along with the time. Methods The preservation of alveolar crest sites in 20 teeth was carried out using PRF and GBR. The CBCT was used to observe the absorption values of the bone width and height at different sites after the preservation. Results During the 6 months of bone formation, there was no significant difference in the absorption values of bone width at the same sites of GBR and PRF(P 〉 0.05). However, the absorption of bone height in PRF group was more significant than that in GBR group (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in the absorption values of bone height and width in the three and the six months of bone formation in PRF group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Both PRF and GBR are helpful to the preservation of the bone width of the tooth extraction sites, However, the preservation effect of bone height by PRF is poorer compared with that by GBR. The application of PRF to the site preservation makes the bone formation tend to stable 3 months after the operation.
