预防性回肠造口在结直肠切除手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨预防性回肠造口在结、直肠手术中的应用价值。方法 :回顾分析66例结直肠切除吻合术中应用预防性回肠造口的临床资料,并和同期56例预防性横结肠造口患者的临床资料作对比。结果:两组患者术后均未发生结、直肠吻合口瘘;相比横结肠造口,预防性回肠造口在手术操作、住院时间有一定优势,而相关并发症的发生率无明显差异。结论:与结肠造口相比,预防性回肠造口方法简单、有效,未增加并发症。Objective： To evaluate the impact of temporary ileostomy on the colorectal resection. Methods： 66 patients who underwent temporary ileostomy from January 2009 to June 2014 were identified. The patients＇ clinical outcomes were obtained and were compared to 56 patients who underwent transverse colostomy. Results： The study identified the patients in the ileostomy group had a significantly shorter mean operative time and a shorter hospital stay. The overall complication rate between the two groups was no significantly difference. Conclusion： Preventive ileum colostomy method after colorectal surgery is a simple, effective method as well as a lower rate of postoperative complications, and has certain clinical application value.
