摘  要:目的探讨睡眠过程中交感和副交感神经功能的拮抗关系。方法对10名健康年轻大学生(男性7名,女性3名,年龄19-23岁)使用Holter,L,电图仪进行连续心电监测,将所获R-R间隔的时间序列资料以10分钟为一个单位进行分隔,利用粗视化频谱分析技术(Coarse Graining Spectral Analysis,CGSA)分析SNS和PNS拮抗活动的趋势。结果进入睡眠期后SNS活动明显下降,而PNS活动明显增强,觉醒后交替。且每个单位的PNS和SNS值呈反比例函数关系。结论睡眠过程中交感和副交感神经功能存在相互拮抗的关系,此消彼长。Objective To discuss the antagonistic interaction of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve function during sleep. Methods Ten healthy university students(male 7,female3,aged between 19.23) were enrolled in this study. Hoher ECG was recorded for each subject. The RR intervals were continuously divided by 10 minutes,and then analyzed by coarse graining spectral analysis (CGSA). Results After entering the sleep period,the SNS activity decreased significantly, while the PNS activity increased and they alternated after wake up. At the same time, each unit of the PNS(parasympathetic nerve system) and SNS (sympathetic nerve system) values showed a inverse proportion function relationship. Conclusions The PNS and SNS have antagonistic interaction during sleep and they shift according to the stages of sleep.
