Aerobic Exercise under Mild Hypothermia Condition and Prevention and Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver:the Latest Research and Thinking

摘  要:通过对亚低温有氧运动与非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)防治的研究进行归纳和分析,综述了非酒精性脂肪肝的发病机制、运动与非酒精性脂肪肝防治以及亚低温下有氧运动与非酒精性脂肪肝防治的研究现状。研究发现,非酒精性脂肪肝的研究已由整体器官水平深入到细胞分子水平。亚低温下有氧运动能明显改善非酒精性脂肪肝,促进非酒精性脂肪肝的良性转归,但其改善机制还有待于进一步研究。对于非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的亚低温下有氧运动研究仍是今后研究的重要课题。By Summarizing and analyzing the effects of aerobic exercise under mild hypothermia condition on preventment of nonalcoholic fatty liver,the paper reviewed the pathogenesis,the research status of prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver by aerobic exercise and that under mild hypothermia condition.It showed that the level of the study on nonalcoholic fatty liver was from organs overall level deeply into cellular and molecular level.Aerobic exercise under mild hypothermia condition could significantly improve nonalcoholic fatty liver,and promote nonalcoholic fatty liver benign outcome,but the improvement mechamism remains to be further studied.Research of aerobic exercise under mild hypothermia condition on patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is to be an important subject in the future.
