摘　　要：通过研究用于农作物秸秆腐熟的枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis）HWl404的生产试验与田间应用效果，说明适宜的培养基组成是玉米面1．5％、豆粕粉0．5％、磷酸氢二钾0．4％、碳酸钙0．6％；在此条件下，在生产试验中发酵液中有效活菌数达到10^9个／mL以上；在田间试验中，使用秸秆腐熟剂产品，能够提高秸秆的腐熟速度与效果。The optimal cultural medium composition was 1.5% of the cornmeal, 0.5% of the soybean flour, 0.4% of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 0.6% of calcium carbonate for Bacillus subtilis HW1404 used in the straw rotten, which has been approved by production testing and field trials; In the product testing, the total number of the bacteria is 109 / mL or more under this condition; In field trials, the use of bacillus subtilis HW1404 can improve the speed and effect of straw rotten.
