摘  要:在当前高校人才培养模式转型、高校自身发展方向转型的背景下,在地方高校师资队伍的建设中,宜从师资队伍建设的整体层面着想,着力构建多元化人才引进格局,加大领军型、支撑型人才引进力度,适度引进新建、在建专业的紧缺人才,推行人才柔性引进机制,着意人才的前瞻性培养与储备,落实对高层次人才的考核与管理,为高层次人才领引作用与支撑作用的充分发挥提供必需的条件与保障,为高校的转型发展提供实在助力。The transformation of talent-cultivation mode and development orientation requires an overall level of talent team construction in local colleges and universities, and at its heart is a diversified talent introduction mechanism. Efforts should be made to attract a larger number of leading and backbone professionals and a moderate number of professionals in short-supply for the newly established specialties or those under construction. A flexible talent introduction mechanism should also be employed with a forward-looking plan to develop and reserve high-quality personnel, an effective evaluation and management of senior profes- sionals, and a guarantee for them so that they can give a full play to their talent and drive the transformational development of col- leges and universities.
