摘　　要：对全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生培养模式进行了分析,并找出了全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生培养模式中存在的问题。结合国内外专业学位研究生培养模式的发展经验,提出相应的改革建议:培养目标和课程设置优化;学制年限设置合理化;完善"双导师"制度;校企联合办学;严格考核制度等。The paper researches the cultivation model and problems of full-time sports master.Based on the experiences of foreign and domestic master cultivation models,the paper proposes to improve the cultivation goal,curricular arrangement,semester design,double tutor system,cooperation between school and companies and evaluation system.
