摘　　要：目的探讨初治多发性骨髓瘤合并肾功能不全患者的临床特点、疗效评价和生存情况。方法对24例多发性骨髓瘤合并肾功能不全患者进行回顾性分析。结果 24例患者中位总生存时间为13.5月,中位无进展生存期为9.5月。24例患者治疗后e GFR<40 m L/(min·1.73 m2)组与e GFR>40 m L/(min·1.73 m2)组的中位总生存时间分别为12月和23月。结论合并肾功能不全的多发性骨髓瘤患者预后差,早期肾功能恢复良好可改善患者生存。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, therapeutic response and prognosis of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma with renal insufficiency. Methods The clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of 24 newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients with renal insufficiency were retrospectively analyzed. Results The median overall survival time was 13.5 months and the median progression free survival time was 9.5 months. After the 2 treatment, the medxan overall survival txme of eGFR〈40 mL/（mmo 1.73 m ） and eGFR〉 40 mL/（min· 1.73 m2） groups was 12 and 23 months respectively. Conclusion The prognosis of multiple myeloma patients with renal insufficiency was poor and patients with early reversal of renal insufficiency have improved the outcomes.
