门静脉阻断结合水刀剥离技术在巨大肝血管瘤手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨门静脉阻断结合水刀在肝巨大血管瘤剥离中的可行性和安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2013年12月15例肝巨大血管瘤术中使用门静脉阻断结合水刀行瘤体剥除术,术后观察相关指标的临床资料。结果 15例患者均成功完成手术,未出现死亡等并发症,均治愈出院。结论门静脉阻断结合水刀在肝巨大血管瘤切除术中是安全可靠的,降低术中出血的危险。Objective To explore the surgical modality and safety of ferior vena cava exclusion combinding the waterjet stripping in hepatectomy of giant hepatic hemangiomas.Methods 15 patients of giant hepatic hemangiomas underwent hepatectomy from January2009 to December 2013.Data regarding theintra-operative and postoperative courses of the patients were analyzed.Results A1 l the 15 cases were operated on successfully under ferior vena cava exclusion on and off combinding the waterjet stripping.There Was no postoperative mortality.all the cases were cured.Conclusions The use of hepatic vein exclusion on and off combinding the waterjet stripping reduces the risk in the resection of giant hepatic hemangiomas.
