摘  要:某电厂至2011年3月27日发电以来,技术供水系统由于水力控制阀本体控制腔"三通转换阀故障"原因,使水力控制阀常常出现偷关、二支路水力控制阀来回切换现象。由此产生的水锤使技术供水设备出现了一系列问题,引起了滤水器伸缩节拉杆变形、拉断、滤水器解体等严重事故。导致现有的程序已经不能满足机组安全运行要求,为了保证机组安全运行,对设备换型、选型迫在眉睫;由于换型、选型及设备试运行需要很长的时间,所以采用从PLC软件系统进行优化设计,使其配合现有设备正常运行,为设备换型、选型赢得时间。经过对该系统的PLC程序的优化设计后,使得系统运行稳定、控制效果好,达到了预期的改造目的,具有一定的参考价值。本文主要叙述了PLC程序优化整个过程及取得的相关成果。Since the hydropower plant puts into operation on March 27, 2011, because of the equipment fault of the hydraulic control valve body control system of the three-way switching valves, the technical water supply system appeared a lot of problems, such as pull off, switch frequently of the second branch hydraulic control valves. The resultant water drop leads to many problems for the water supply equipment, and bring out a series of failures such as: deformation and breakdown of rod and disintegration of the water filter, so that the existing program cannot satisfy the safe operation requirement of unit. In order to guarantee the safety of units, it is necessary to replace the equipments. However, the equipment replacement and test need a long term, therefore, the PLC software system is used to optimize the design, and make the existing equipment work normally, and wins the time for equipment replacement. After the program is optimized, the system is stable, and achieves the desired replacement purpose. It is a good reference for other hydropower transformation. This paper introduces the PLC program optimization design and its related outcomes.
