摘　　要：手术室护士属于护理工作人员当中的特殊群体,所面临的压力和疲劳状态的影响因素主要包括:医护人员的差距带来的压力、工作负荷的压力、工作环境带来的压力以及来自家庭方面的压力等。及时缓解压力,改善工作状况,需要医院和护士双方面的共同努力和重视,为更优质的护理服务奠定基础。The operation room nurse belongs to the special group of nursing staff,the influence factor of the pressure and fatigue that she faces mainly include： the difference of income of medical personnel,the pressure of work load,the pressure of work environment and the pressure from the family. Timely relieve pressure,improve their quality of life,improve their working conditions,need to work and pay attention to th- e dual aspects of the hospital and nurses,lay the foundation for higher quality nursing service.
