摘 要:分析无级变速器的电液伺服波动规律,提高无级变速器对自动变速箱的控制精度和匹配性,无极变速器在伺服控制中由于控制器的电液滑模干扰出现波动,需要对波动规律进行补偿控制和分析。提出一种基于功率反馈激励的变速箱转速辨识的无级变速器的电液伺服波动控制方法。构建无极变速器的系统结构模型和电液伺服控制系统,构建变速箱转速辨识优化控制函数,得到无级变速的变速箱转速辨识转矩,基于功率反馈激励控制方法,得到无级变速器的电液伺服波动干扰项,提高对变速箱的转速辨识能力,实现波动规律分析和自动控制算法改进。仿真结果表明,采用该方法能有效提高对无级变速器的匹配精度和控制性能。Analysis of CVT electro-hydraulic servo fluctuation, and improve the control accuracy of CVT automatic trans-mission and matching, CVT in the servo control for electro-hydraulic sliding mode controller to fluctuate, the need for com-pensation control and analysis of fluctuation. Put forward a kind of electro-hydraulic servo wave control method for continu-ously variable transmission power feedback transmission speed identification based on incentive. To construct the system structure model of CVT and electro-hydraulic servo control system, construct the control function identification optimiza-tion of transmission speed, get the transmission stepless speed identification of the torque, power control method based on feedback excitation, get the CVT electro-hydraulic servo wave interference, improve the speed identification of gearbox, the fluctuation analysis and automatic control algorithm. The simulation results show that, using this method can improve the matching accuracy and control performance of CVT.
